Community Impact Fund application process

United Way utilizes strategies that are likely to create a measurable impact in our community. These strategies set the framework for establishing partnerships with individuals and organizations to develop lasting change in our region.

United Way 2008–2009 Investment process:


Thank you to all of the agencies that applied for the 2008–2009 Community Impact Fund grant. Your agency will receive information about your site visit(s) in January 2008.

For agencies that are interested in applying for funding, please note the application process for 2008–2009 is closed. If you would like to be added to our mailing list to receive information on the 2009–2010 application process, please send an email to grantee@unitedwayatlanta.org.

Use this page to find the information and forms needed to begin the application process for funding. New applicants must attend the following trainings to be considered for funding:
  • Applicant Training–UW 101/ODM Webinar
  • Applicant Training–Outcome Measurement 101, 102,103
  • Applicant Training for the Impact Area (i.e. Children, Youth, Low Income and People at Risk) that you plan to apply under
Please note that your application will only be considered if a representative from your agency attends all required trainings.
