More than 200 local nonprofit organizations receive Community Impact Fund grants from United Way, in
13 counties. That's no small feat. Each year, we receive requests for more than we have to invest.
Last year more than 400 Community Investment Volunteers reviewed 436 applications and invested $31.2 million.

- Trained volunteers decide how our investments can make the biggest impact in our community
