Let Us Know How We Are Doing It's that time of the year again when we ask the agencies listed in the United Way 2-1-1 database to grade the level of customer service you received during the past year. We are asking that you help us make United Way 2-1-1 better by taking 5 minutes to answer the customer satisfaction survey. The survey is available from now until June 13. Update Your Agency Information...Receive a Free United Way 2-1-1 Report Agencies that maintain their agency/program information updated on the United Way 2-1-1 database are eligible to receive a FREE United Way 2-1-1 report. The agency/program update must have been done within the year. The report request needs to contain the following information: Your agency's name, your name and phone number.
