Welcome to the United Way Volunteer Involvement Program Alumni Association (V.I.P.A.A.). The alumni association provides continuous education opportunities to V.I.P. graduates, access to nonprofit board opportunities and a network of conscious individuals working to improve the quality of life in metro-Atlanta.

Our mission is to be the premier board development organization in metro Atlanta through training and promoting placement of United Way VIP Alumni in nonprofit leadership roles.
Our guiding principles will be continuing education and enrichment; promoting diversity and pluralism; collaborating with other community organizations and strengthening the nonprofit community.
