Project Community Connections, Inc.
Mission: To permanently rehouse individuals and families experiencing homelessness to a decent, affordable place to live and thrive. PCCI provides housing options and collaborates to provide ancillary services that promote personal and economic self-sufficiency.
Details: Board meets quarterly (January, April, July and October) in Atlanta from Noon-1:30 p.m. They encourage, but not require, a financial contribution, and it is important to have 100% contribution from the board. The agency budget is $2.4mil.

CORE
Mission: The mission of CORE, a contemporary dance organization, is to create, perform, and present compelling, original dance that ignites the creative spirit and actively engages in international cultural conversations.
Details: They meet 6-7 times per year, on the second Wednesday at 6 p.m. The agency budget is $610,357. Board members are asked to give or get financial commitment.

PD Gladiators
Mission: To focus the attention of people with Parkinson’s disease and the medical community on the role of exercise in slowing the progression of Parkinson’s disease and to make community-based exercise programs available to people with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners.
Details: They meet 8-10 times per year and ask board members to join chair committees. Members are asked to commit to two years of board service. Must meet a minimum give/get of at least $1,250 in FY 2017 and at least $2,500 in FY 2018.
