Mission: To provide no cost training to underserved youth and young adults between the ages of 14-27 as Production Assistants.
Details: Board meets quarterly from 10 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Financial Commitment: Members are asked to give.
Skills Needed: Finance, Legal, Auditing, Government Affairs, Public Relations, Nonprofit Leadership, Community Engagement Experience
Mission: The Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence (GCADV) is a nonprofit corporation with 501(c)(3) tax exempt status working to eliminate domestic violence, improve services for current survivors, and create a culture that says to survivors that they are not alone.
Details: Board has five board meetings per year. Members serve actively on one committee.
Financial Commitment: Make a personal financial contribution commensurate with means.
Skills Needed: Fundraising, Event Planning, General Development.
Other: Diversity is welcomed, including from faith-based environments. Representation throughout the state of Georgia, especially from major employers and businesses, is especially desirable.
