Make a donation to help young African-American males achieve academic success and more. With your support, together we can impact the future of our young men. Through United Way of Greater Atlanta and African-American Partnership (AAP), we are working with nonprofit organizations throughout the Greater Atlanta area to improve literacy for middle and high school students, provide early intervention services to help school retention and connect youth to mentors and coaches to develop educational and career roadmaps.
AAP is currently collaborating with Atlanta Mentoring Cares, Boys & Girls Club Whitehead, Georgia State University Black Male Achievement Program at Booker T. Washington High School, Raising Expectations, YMCA Villages at Carver, and YMCA Andrew W. Young to improve access to programs and services for boys of color. Our objective is to improve educational and career outcomes for these young males. For the last 2 years, AAP has supplied volunteers to help develop literacy engagement programs and after-school programming efforts for year-round literacy learning.
Your donation will provide program resources and help expose youth to career pathways, job training and more.
