Jessica Hartley is an experienced digital strategist, client service and business development lead with 18+ years of experience in collaborating with clients to leverage digital and innovation to transform their businesses by putting people at the center of future experiences.
For Accenture Digital, Jessica currently serves as a go-to-market and business development lead within the Accenture Interactive Global Content & Marketing Services team. She supports all go-to-market and business development functions and operations, as well as digital strategy engagements, partnering with clients to utilize human-centered design to solve business challenges and lead their competitors into the future.
Jessica has worked for a digital startup, digital marketing agencies, and consulting firms, and her experiences allow her to merge business analytics and strategy, with the full understanding of the creative design and execution lifecycle to customers.
In addition to her formal role at Accenture, she is the National Co-Lead for the African-American Employee Resource group, serves on the Southeast Inclusion & Diversity Steering Committee council, and is an Executive Mentor in Accenture’s Diverse Supplier Development Program.
She resides in the Greater Atlanta area, with her husband Daniel, and three children, Hunter and Rhys and Aralyn.
While not a superhero in real life, in her spare time, Jessica enjoys reading and writing science fiction and fantasy novels where heroines are larger than life, and really do save their worlds.
