Atlanta locals can register to assist with online tutoring sessions benefiting students in Dekalb County, and many students in grades 5-10 in the metro Atlanta area. This program is free to students and provides much needed academic support during their time out of school. Mind Bubble strives to create a relaxed learning environment where many of life’s most important lessons can be learned while having fun.
The STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Art Math) Bank has been introduced as a way for children to explore learning in a fun and exploratory way. From the comfort of your own home, we are asking you to record a video of yourself completing a STEAM related activity that can be easily replicated. Our goal is to provide families with resources and tools that will keep youth engaged during these unprecedented times.
While students, children & families are spending more time at home during the COVID outbreak, parents are taking on the full-time childcare and education of their children. Youth United is here to bring a virtual ray of sunshine, by providing a platform for online storytime! Students, you can submit a short video of yourself reading your favorite childhood storybook to go on the Youth United Instagram page. We encourage you to be creative and, most of all, have fun!
