Dynamic Assessment Process, known as DAP, is an interview process used as a unique tool to identify exceptional high school students that may be eligible for the Posse program.
1. Registration volunteers assist Posse staff with student check-in, revising applications to ensure they are completed and directing students to designated interview space. The volunteers will receive a quick orientation at the site of the interview.
2. Evaluators will assist Posse staff with student evaluations during and after the interview session. Volunteers will receive an on-site training at their company the week prior to the interview session.
