With Volunteer Surge, you can help overwhelmed healthcare systems. Volunteers can be trained to work in telehealth from the comfort of their own homes providing phone support to patients, OR become trained as a Community Health Worker working with patients on site where help is needed the most. These positions relieve frontline medical providers who are overwhelmed and exhausted.

Volunteer Surge was established less than three weeks ago, with partners including the Yale School of Public Health, ADP WorkMarket, Salesforce, Amazon Web Services, GoFundMeĀ®, and The Global Impact Group, to provide free, online training of volunteer community health workers to perform the most basic caretaking tasks for vulnerable people, so that professionals can focus on the most acute needs.
