May is National Mental Health Awareness Month, and more people are facing higher levels of stress in their daily lives during these unprecedented times.  It is imperative that we tend to our mental well-being and are intentional about practicing self-care.

For this session of Women United Wellness Wednesdays, we were joined by Certified Feminine Power Coach and Facilitator Adria Kitchens who led a guided meditation. After the meditation, attendees enjoyed a complimentary yoga class taught by certified yoga coach Gina Kallick.
