Welcome to our new website! You may have noticed things look a little different around here. We’re pretty proud of the new look, but the changes go a lot deeper than a refreshed design. What’s new for United Way of Greater Atlanta? Keep reading…
Choose Your Own Path to Community Impact
The most important change to our website is that it’s simply easier to use. Our website search bar (that nifty thing at the top right of every page) will help you quickly find the information you need — whether you’d like to learn more about a specific United Way program, locate community impact data for your county, or sign up for the latest volunteer opportunity.
Here are a few more improvements you’ll find when clicking around the new website:
- Groups – United Way engagement groups are a great way to meet fellow communitarians and unite towards a common goal. With our new group pages, it’s easier than ever to find your fit at United Way.
- Events – Mark your calendar! United Way has a lot going on, and there’s no better place to stay up-to-date than on our events page. RSVP for signature events like our Women’s Leadership Breakfast featuring keynote speaker Lisa Ling, or sign up for a volunteer opportunity to join in our work firsthand.
- Blog – Consider this your hub for United Way of Greater Atlanta news. Stay tuned for inspiring stories, updates on our work and interviews with communitarians just like you.
- Giving Back – Investing in your community is as simple as clicking that ‘donate’ button you’ll find on every page of the new website. Donations to the United Way Impact Fund mean your dollars go further to create community change.
What’s Next for United Way? It Starts with the Children.
When it comes to positive change in our community, we’re not satisfied with just a little — we believe in going big! And by focusing on child well-being, we can make the biggest impact for Greater Atlanta. Because when children thrive, communities thrive.
In the coming months, United Way of Greater Atlanta will introduce even more ways for you to get involved, including a mobile app that makes it easier than ever to give, advocate and volunteer. Stay up-to-date on the latest ways to LIVE UNITED by following us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter…and of course by checking back right here on our new website.
